We were extremely pleased with our built-in wall unit, from beginning to end.  Bryan was very helpful in the planning and design stage, incorporating our ideas with his suggestions and knowledge of what would work well and look good.  The actual building and installation process was completed on time, with a minimum of disruption to us.  We would enthusiastically recommend The Bookcase Place of Richmond to anyone who wants a professional job, done well.   John and Karen W.    Ashland, VA
